Custom Embroidered Items
Custom items are made-to-order and therefore not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive with a defect in materials or craftsmanship. We offer a 30-day quality guarantee on all embroidery. If your item exhibits any of the following issues within 30 days of delivery, we will gladly repair, replace, or refund the item:
Fraying or unraveling of threads
Thread color bleeding or significant fading with normal care
Crooked, skewed, or misaligned designs compared to the approved proof or placement guidelines
Incorrect thread colors used (not matching the confirmed selection)
Design placed inconsistently with the customer-approved mock-up
To request a resolution, please contact us at sales@boutiquestitches.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
Note:
Please double-check all submitted spellings and design details when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for customer input errors.
Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings or dye lots and are not considered defects.
Curated (Non-Custom) Products
We accept returns or exchanges for our curated, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order.
